Aberdeen should be up for this game, the arrival of new manager McInnes and they have to push to finish top six. Craig Brown will still be in charge for this game, and he said he would love to finish his managerial career on a high and to achieve the goal he set out to achieve at the beginning of the season. A top six finish. Winning two games in a row for the Dons looks something of a big ask as they have only won one game this season and that was against Dundee. There will be no room for errors and finishing in front of goal will need to be up to scratch. All the long term injuries are still the same for Aberdeen, Clark, Considine, Osbourne but most of the squad is there at Craig Brown's expense. Aberdeen have yet to score against Hearts the season and to be honest Aberdeen have not been amongst the goals of late. will it be another 0-0?
Although Hearts Have not lost in their last two SPL matches, they will still be feeling the pain after narrowly missing out in the League Cup Final after a 3-2 defeat to St Mirren. Hearts' last trip to Pittodrie saw them come away with a point, an undeserved one to say the least as Aberdeen should have won the game about four or five nil. This will be Gary Lockes first SPL game in charge of Hearts and it is not mathematically impossible but they are also in with a small shout of grabbing a top six spot, although it doesn't look likely as they need to rely upon other results.
There is also Price Reductions throughout the whole stadium, £15 for Adults in every stand, £5 for Concessions in every stand and £1 for Under 12's in every stand.
so get yourself along and lets pack Pittodrie and break some Hearts.
Aberdeen v Hearts - KO - 15:00
