After the signing of Barry Robson yesterday the Aberdeen midfield is beginning to take shape for the beginning of the new season. However after releasing Rory Fallon there is a vacant attacking role at Pittodrie.
As rumours have it McInnes has his eyes set on David Goodwillie, however Hearts and Dundee Utd are also looking to get the signature of the striker. If the 24 year old did sign for the Dons, he would be a great addition to the team.
The other increase in speculation is over Gregg Wylde as things have not quite worked out for the winger and no doubt he would like to get some game time under his belt. According to several sources Aberdeen are showing an interest in the former Rangers man . Motherwell are also showing interest in Gregg Wylde as Chris Humphrey is set to leave Motherwell.
