Flood To Be Out For A While

Willo Flood this morning went for a scan on his hamstring after he suspected he had torn it during Tuesday evening's match against Alloa in the League Cup. The scan proved what the club medics had thought showing that the midfielder had in fact torn the muscle.

Flood now joins fellow summer signing Barry Robson on the sidelines as he is recovering from a knee operation. Josh Magennis and Johnny Hayes will both also not be available against St Johnstone on Saturday. Hayes was stretchered off also against Alloa following a head clash resulting in the winger suffering concussion. is still having problems with a shoulder injury which means he will be very likely to miss the game on Saturday.

On behalf of all Dons fans out there we wish these players a healthy and speedy recovery!
