Logan Joins Dons On Loan

Aberdeen this afternoon have complete the loan signing of Shaleum Logan until the end of the season from Brentford. The 26 year old is predominantly a right back, but can also play on the left and in midfield to a certain extent and has been handed the number 29 shirt.

McInnes brings in the experienced attacking full back who has been around quite a lot in England starting his career at Manchester City before moving to Brentford in 2011 with many loan spells at various clubs in the mean time. Logan has made 89 appearances for the English club scoring 4 goals in that time as well.

The experience will definitely aid players such as Shaghnessy and Robertson who can learn from a talented player. Does this mean, with the signing of  full back, there will no longer be centre backs playing on the left or right? Let's hope so.
