The fixtures for the 2014/15 season were released this morning and what a cracker of a game the Dons will kick off with. The Dons will host New Firm rivals Dundee United at Pittodrie on the 9th of August, the date of the opening games of the season. That is bound to be a sell out crowd as not only the fabulous feeling of success will bring the supporters back the chance of getting one over Dundee United on the opening day will entice fans.
That game versus United is followed by a visit to Ruby Park to take on Kilmarnock and then back up the road in the granite city to play St Mirren the following week on August 16th.
