Aberdeen Get Monakana Until January

Derek McInnes has managed to capture winger Jeffrey Monakana on loan from Brighton and Hove Albion until January. The 20-year old looks to be a hot future prospect and can hopefully show what he has to offer in a red and white shirt.

The addition of Monakana will add not only depth to the squad in the wide areas but competition now as well, which is always good for any club. It will also allow McInnes to freshen things up if the likes of Hayes, McGinn and Pawlett become tired. 

Monakana came through the youth system at the Gunners in London and has always looked like a promising player and then went on to make just short of 50 appearances for Preston North End. Due to his ability he then transferred to Brighton for an undisclosed fee. 

Now finding himself with the Dons, hopefully he can continue to improve and prove his worth. Welcome Monakana!
