Isaac Osbourne could make a return from injury to face Hibernian on Monday evening.
The 26 year old midfielder suffered his second hamstring tear of the season during Aberdeen's 1-0 victory over Dundee. If Osbourne does feature in the squad this will be great news for McInnes and fans as the Englishman has shown time and time again that he is a competent midfielder. However Osbourne is out of contract in the summer and will want to regain fitness so he can show the new manager what he is made of and to try and secure a contract extension for next season.
McInnes said "Isaac has been out for a good few weeks but he trained today. It is good to have him back involved with the first-team squad".
