Aberdeen put in a terrific performance against a good Partick Thistle side with a few key players missing. Calvin Zola opened his Dons account after opening the scoring, followed by Pawlett and Magennis who also got their first goals of the season. The Dons defence looked comfortable all afternoon as Considine returned to the starting line up. All in all a good response from a a couple of weeks of disappointment.
