Ross County v Aberdeen Preview

Aberdeen only managed to take a single point off of Ross County last season, but Aberdeen will be looking to jump on the poor start County have made to the season. Aberdeen will also be looking to continue their six match unbeaten run, but also improve on the performance on Monday. Against St Mirren the Dons didn't create enough chances and show enough flair to win the match. McInnes was disappointed with that but also blamed himself, as he felt he set up the team in the wrong formation. We can't dwell on that for long though and must look ahead. The Stags have only managed two win so far this season and they were against St Mirren and a narrow victory over Hearts.

Niall McGinn is back in contention for a first team start again after being out injured for several weeks. The Northern Irishman came on against St Mirren midweek and really did give the Dons a new dynamic and caused problem for the Buddies defenders. More precaution however is being taken on Barry Robson and it is unlikely that he will feature. The long term injured players still remain out.

Ross County also have their injury woes and will be without midfielder Alex Cooper for the Dons game, also missing will be the Swiss forward Orhan Mustafi.

This could prove to be an interesting match as Ross County have been leaking far too many goals at the back whilst Aberdeen are the opposite and are freely scoring as well. Can the Dons gather all three points in Dingwall tomorrow, well we will have to see but let's hope so!
